Requirements

  • Have solid programme knowledge and experience managing large scale enterprise programmes of work
  • Be happy rolling up your sleeves with hands on programme delivery and lead large software programmes of work
  • Have demonstrable experience driving growth, managing commercial operations and leading innovation
  • Have excellent people skills, commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of software professional services delivery

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the capability plan to create a culture of success, including team growth, performance, and development
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Delivery Assurance team, members of the Project Services Practice, and Professional Services Line of Business representatives, namely those involved in project delivery, contributing to the successful delivery of projects
  • Manage phases of Programme and Project delivery and establish and manage effective project operations to deliver quality outcomes
  • Leverage previous delivery learnings to ensure that future RFPs and pre-sales activities represent Datacom’s knowledge and experience
  • Consult with the wider business to define and execute a growth strategy for the Modern Professional Services business across Australian markets
  • Develop and manage vendor contracts / agreements associated with projects under management
  • Establish, manage and report on programme/project budget(s), analyse budget variances and recommend appropriate action
  • Maintain and control cost, schedule and quality of project activities to run on budget, time, and meet agreed customer requirements
  • Lead strategic planning around opportunity and product roadmaps to ensure we work with our partners both efficiently and with impact
