Summary
Join Natera as a Director to lead the development and execution of AI-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance sales team performance. You will identify opportunities for AI application, evaluate and implement AI solutions, manage AI tool deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Leverage AI-driven analytics to improve decision-making and provide insights to senior leadership. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of sales experience, and 3+ years of hands-on AI experience in sales. Proven success in implementing AI technologies to improve sales effectiveness is essential. Infrequent travel is required.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or business strategy, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing AI solutions in a sales context
- Proven track record of successfully implementing AI technologies to improve sales effectiveness, revenue growth, or sales productivity
- Strong background in sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance analytics
- Experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel necessary (SQL a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data analytics, with the ability to translate these technologies into actionable sales strategies
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to apply AI solutions to enhance traditional sales processes
- Expertise in AI tools and platforms that support sales operations (e.g., predictive analytics, automated lead scoring, AI-based CRM systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key opportunities for AI implementation in sales workflows
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing projects, and driving change across organizations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of AI-driven strategies designed to optimize the sales process, enhance sales team performance, and improve sales outcomes
- Identify opportunities for AI application in key areas such as analytical insights, sentiment analysis, customer segmentation, and personalization of sales approaches
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate AI solutions such as predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and AI-based CRM tools to streamline sales workflows
- Manage the deployment of AI-powered tools and platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use across the sales organization
- Work closely with IT, data science, and product teams to ensure the successful integration of AI technology into existing sales systems
- Utilize AI-driven analytics to enhance decision-making, improve pipeline management, and boost conversion rates
- Drive the use of AI and data analytics to provide actionable insights on sales performance, customer behaviors, and market trends
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on the impact of AI solutions on sales effectiveness and ROI
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends and technologies, continuously evaluating new tools and methodologies to improve sales performance
- Champion innovation by testing and scaling new AI models or platforms to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness
