Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing, statistical analysis, and model development

  • Understanding industry and economic trends to navigate future uncertainties and guide profitable decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret survival curve data to understand customer retention patterns
  • Calculate and analyze price elasticity to optimize pricing strategies
  • Assess the impact of customer and market segmentation on business performance
  • Work with models for assessing Unit Economics, including revenue sources and costs
  • Support teams with custom geospatial analytics for identifying markets for Growth and Churn reduction
  • Work with network performance data to correlate Churn to Network performance
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and experimentation
  • Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions
  • Measure the impact of initiatives on customer adoption and lift
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across the organization to gather data and insights
  • Communicate complex economic concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Work on team initiatives to improve skills, knowledge sharing, and data documentation
  • Share insights and expertise to contribute to data-driven decision-making across departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in economics, statistics, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in telecom or a related field is a plus
