Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics, strongly focusing on digital advertising
  • Experience applying data science in ad tech, programmatic advertising, and the broader digital media ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
  • Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • MLOps Frameworks (Kubeflow, MLFlow)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems, particularly in the context of programmatic advertising or digital marketing
  • Comfort to collaborate with software engineers to understand complex systems and abstracted logs
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing data science talent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Responsibilities
