Principal Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Technical and Functional Test Lead for T24 projects, specializing in Private Banking. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of financial domains like Securities, Payments, and Lending, along with your expertise in T24 modules. Your responsibilities include integration testing, COB testing, and client output validation, as well as SWIFT message testing and regulatory report validation. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and automation tools is crucial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for leading teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial accounting expertise and a meticulous approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Possess strong knowledge of Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, and Lending within Private Banking
• Possess excellent understanding of T24 modules relevant to these domains
• Have hands-on experience in T24 integration testing, COB testing, and client output validation
• Be proficient in SWIFT message testing and regulatory report validation
• Possess expertise in financial accounting across all asset types
• Have strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE)
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Possess strong work ethics and problem-solving skills
• Be a collaborative team player with a meticulous and systematic approach
• Be able to lead teams effectively across multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Be familiar with Java, Automation, and DevOps concepts
• Have experience with automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps practices to drive automation in projects
• Be proficient in Agile planning tools such as JIRA and Confluence
