Principal Engineer, Senior Project Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage complex projects for public sector and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, managing project risks, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in project management, ideally managing both public sector and commercial client projects
• Proven experience managing projects with a focus on scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Familiarity with Salesforce technology and its applications in client engagements
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery leader, accountable for the completion of team delivery efforts, including quality oversight, visibility into delivery targets, and client acceptance
• Support delivery operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and fostering and promoting innovative thinking across the client environment
• Develop and lead teams through solution prototyping, development, and deployment - from hands-on proposal technical support to prototyping client implementations and complete production deployment
• Manage a larger delivery team of approximately 20-25 people
• Manage budget, time, and resources for delivery team
• Handle challenging client situations and offer guidance & direction to client executives
