You will evaluate cutting-edge GenAI platforms, architect scalable automation solutions, and enable teams to harness AI productively and securely. This role blends platform engineering, technical program management, and strategic leadership, impacting over 1300 employees. Success involves driving measurable impact through strategic platform decisions and cross-functional execution, establishing OpenTable as an AI-powered operational excellence leader. The first year focuses on platform selection, pilot implementation, and scalable adoption across departments, ensuring efficient teamwork while maintaining security and governance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in platform engineering, technical product management, or technical program management
  • Strong proficiency with GenAI tools (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen)
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, n8n, or similar)
  • Enterprise integration experience with systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar ERP/CRM platforms
  • Programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or Go with ability to review code and build prototypes
  • API design and integration experience with RESTful services and webhook architectures
  • Program management expertise leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from conception to delivery
  • Budget management experience with P&L responsibility for technology investments
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Technical communication skills to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • ROI measurement experience with ability to define and track productivity and efficiency metrics
  • Change management experience driving technology adoption across large organizations
  • Risk assessment capabilities for evaluating security and compliance implications of AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement enterprise AI workflow platforms (Glean, Zapier Enterprise, n8n, LangChain/LangGraph, etc.)
  • Lead technical decisions on platform selection based on security, scalability, and integration requirements
  • Design system architecture for multi-agent orchestration and enterprise system integration
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate enterprise contracts
  • Partner with department leaders (Finance, Sales, Support, Legal, Engineering) to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation roadmaps
  • Lead implementation projects with clear milestones, success metrics, and stakeholder communication
  • Enable internal teams to build and maintain workflows through training and documentation
  • Establish technical standards for AI automation including security, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
  • Create enablement resources : templates, best practices guides, and onboarding toolkits
  • Lead technical reviews of workflow implementations and provide architectural guidance
  • Drive adoption metrics and continuously optimize platform performance and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI/ML platform experience in developer productivity, internal tools, or AI infrastructure teams
  • Open-source contributions to workflow automation, AI orchestration, or developer tools
  • Industry experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, hospitality tech, or high-growth technology companies
  • Speaking experience at technical conferences or industry events
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
