Principal IT Consultant Cybersecurity Rule Management

Summary

Join Continental as a Principal IT Consultant Cybersecurity Rule Management and be responsible for developing and maintaining the ISMS rule landscape, exercising policy authority on cybersecurity, consulting stakeholders on compliance, developing compliance metrics, and supporting cybersecurity awareness trainings. This role is the primary point of contact for rule interpretation and management controls. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent cybersecurity certifications, comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity standards, fluency in English, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and experience in defining cybersecurity governance are also essential. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISM)
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and industry standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT, process management, and risk management
• Strong analytical skills and experience in defining cybersecurity governance, including measurable KPIs

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the ISMS rule landscape, considering internal and external requirements
• Exercising policy authority on cybersecurity and assessing security exceptions
• Consulting stakeholders on rule compliance and risk mitigation
• Developing metrics to measure compliance with internal rules
• Supporting cybersecurity rule awareness trainings
