Responsibilities

  • Contribute strategically to long-term planning and quarterly roadmaps, aligning design initiatives with business objectives
  • Define the strategic design direction and product vision for our most challenging problems
  • Collaborate with the VP of Design and senior leaders to evolve company-wide design strategies
  • Maintain and elevate design standards in partnership with design leadership, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution
  • Mentor team members, helping them develop and grow in their craft
  • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative design culture through feedback and process iteration
