Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven track record of leading and developing design teams, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven businesses
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting design concepts, strategy, and research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to take concepts and ideas to execution and close, embracing both big-picture objectives and following through on details
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a passion for pixel perfection, consistency, organization, usability, and discoverability
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive Air’s overarching design vision, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals
• Leverage your design expertise to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality, functional products that stand out in the market
• Lead user research initiatives, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously refine design approaches
• Mentor and elevate junior designers, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence
• Influence cross-functional processes, identifying and implementing opportunities to refine design workflows across teams
