Requirements

  • Passionate about leveraging your professional skills to address climate change, nature loss, and human prosperity
  • 7+ years in product design, UX, interaction design, or visual design with experience in user-centered, iterative product development
  • A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end user experience design process, particularly for complex or multi-step user flows in a prosumer or consumer product
  • Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools, with a solid understanding of best practices for both web and mobile design
  • Ability to clearly communicate design concepts
  • Experience working in a user and business outcome focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead design for our decision tools product line, ensuring it provides clear, effective guidance for landowners to plan, implement, and track land management practices
  • Create user-friendly experiences that help users visualize tradeoffs, make decisions, and plan tasks related to their land
  • Develop intuitive workflows to reduce user overwhelm and support users with varying levels of technical literacy and land management knowledge
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver design solutions aligned with desired outcomes
  • Drive and coordinate work with design contractors as needed to accelerate our roadmap
