Principal Product Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Principal Product Designer to help revolutionize the meaning of trust in the B2B network. You will design end-to-end flows and user experiences that are intuitive and delightful, collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, delivering high quality designs that improve the customers' experience and achieve business goals
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions, leveraging user research and data
• Ability to work with, prioritize across, and align many project groups
• Experience creating and iterating on design systems
• Emphasis on interaction design in your prototypes
• Fluent in systems such as Figma and Notion
• Experience working in B2B SaaS company

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end flows and user experiences that are intuitive and delightful
• Lead multiple streams of initiatives and work on iterations to quickly deliver impact and continuously innovate
• Crave healthy feedback loops to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to take features from conception to delivery
• Make informed design decisions by conducting user research and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
• Define and evangelize the SafeBase’s design systems, language, and culture
