• Be an accomplished designer with deep affinity for and experience in the consumer space
• Possess the ability to leverage past experience to pave a path for future design
• Be eager to share, learn, and lead by example, while also diving into details with design, product, and engineering teammates
• Be excited to try new, bold ideas and work closely with partners to bring them to life
• Be equally excited about new ideas and ensuring the end-to-end basic quality experience meets expectations

Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy from initial concept to final execution
• Bring big ideas, a commitment to excellence, and the discipline to deliver delightful and functional experiences
• Elevate the team's work by fusing creativity with attention to detail
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and engineers to bring experiences to life, whether designing in Figma or code
• Shape an end-to-end experience from the ground up
• Design solutions that will become the backbone of how diners connect with restaurants
