Requirements
- Solid experience (8+ years) in Product Design, demonstrated through cases or a portfolio showcasing your process and decision-making
- Experience conducting discovery, generating hypotheses, translating them into visual solutions, and performing testing and validation to ensure high-impact deliverables
- High ability to negotiate and communicate with business and engineering teams, transforming complex problems into viable, user-friendly solutions
- Experience in B2B and B2C environments, with multidisciplinary teams and a mature product structure
- Proficiency in design tools (such as Figma, Design Systems, prototyping tools)
- Product thinking: ability to think beyond the interface, influence the roadmap, and contribute to strategic product decisions
- User research and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data
- Fluency in discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery processes
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments with demanding stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of cutting-edge design solutions for Unico's strategic products, focusing on simple, efficient, and scalable experiences
- Collaborate across squads, contributing to both incubation-stage projects and established products (like IDPay and IDCloud)
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and executive Stakeholders to build solutions that address real business problems
- Thoroughly investigate customer pain points, seeking innovation opportunities to position Unico's products as leaders in UX and impact
- Serve as a technical design reference, promoting quality, visual consistency, and alignment with the company's product vision
- Navigate complex environments with autonomy, clarity, and ownership, making decisions based on impact and feasibility
