Requirements

• More than 10 years of product management experience
• Owned product strategy for complex commercial products
• Mentored other product managers in the past
• Demonstrated experience influencing partners and executives in order to achieve results
• Previous domain expertise in capital markets, lending, treasury management or other regulated financial services use cases

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity growth initiatives across different platforms and venues globally to drive volume and market expansion
• Establish a product vision, gain alignment amongst the business cross-functionally, and own ruthless prioritization of efforts for highest impact
• Identify new product opportunities based on market needs and trends, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000
• Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
