Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in technology, with at least 3 years specifically in cloud, SaaS, and data security - CSPM, DSPM, CNAPP, SSPM, Application Security
  • Hands on experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or SaaS applications like M365, Salesforce, Zoom
  • Proven track record in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong expertise in sprint planning and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in competitive intelligence, customer engagement, and developing sales strategies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to product vision and strategic development processes. Analyze market trends and perform competitive intelligence to guide the product roadmap
  • Sprint Planning and Management: Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to break down large epics into manageable tasks and user stories, focusing on execution priorities
  • Maintain and refine a prioritized list of epics for future releases, evaluating business value, risk, and dependencies
  • Lead sessions with the VP and Product Manager to review, refine, and reprioritize the product backlog, aligning with strategic objectives
  • Customer Engagement: Lead customer-facing activities including product pitches, demonstrations, and discussions. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, translating customer needs into product strategies
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary training and tools to increase product knowledge and improve sales effectiveness. Develop materials and sessions for sales training
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop clear and effective product messaging, contribute to blogs, and communicate product updates to the market
  • RFP/RFI and POC Assistance: Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that all customer requirements are addressed efficiently. Assist in managing and supporting proof of concept (POC) efforts with potential customers
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and delivery of a unified product vision
