Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, with a focus on compliance in the technology sector
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements in the technology industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex compliance requirements to diverse audiences
- Excellent ability to lead by influence
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with compliance tools and software is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage compliance programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, product management, and other teams to interpret and implement compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, primarily in NORAM and EMEA
- Conduct regular compliance assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports, to support compliance efforts and audits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on compliance matters
- Proactive communication and guidance to teams on compliance-related topics, best practices and effects on the business
- Monitor changes in regulatory environments and update compliance programs accordingly
- Support legal as needed with coordinating with third-party auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance audits with reviews and investigations
- Track and report on compliance program metrics and performance to senior management
