Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, with a focus on compliance in the technology sector
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements in the technology industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex compliance requirements to diverse audiences
  • Excellent ability to lead by influence
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience with compliance tools and software is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage compliance programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with legal, engineering, product management, and other teams to interpret and implement compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, primarily in NORAM and EMEA
  • Conduct regular compliance assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports, to support compliance efforts and audits
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on compliance matters
  • Proactive communication and guidance to teams on compliance-related topics, best practices and effects on the business
  • Monitor changes in regulatory environments and update compliance programs accordingly
  • Support legal as needed with coordinating with third-party auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance audits with reviews and investigations
  • Track and report on compliance program metrics and performance to senior management
