Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting)
  • Be a storyteller: You can convey technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Focus on customer needs: You understand business challenges and craft solutions that drive measurable value
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills: You can break down complex challenges and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Thrive in collaboration: You work well with cross-functional teams and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment
  • Bring technical expertise in API integrations, data migrations, and technical architecture

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and develop technical strategies to meet those needs
  • Lead Technical Pre-Sales Engagements: Drive conversations around integration, data migration, and custom technical solutions
  • Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer by providing feedback to our product teams, ensuring customer needs are prioritized in future product developments
  • Mentor and Coach Sales Teams: Guide and train Account Executives on HubSpot’s capabilities, helping them create value-oriented solutions for prospects
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with SEs across the globe on initiatives that improve team processes and customer outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus
