Summary
Join Boomi's Value Consulting team as a Principal Value Consultant and make a significant impact on the company's growth. This strategic role leverages your consulting, sales, and quantitative skills to maximize customer investment in Boomi's platform. You will deliver consultative Business Value Assessments to strategic clients, understand their digital ambitions, and define business achievements when transforming processes with Boomi. Additionally, you will influence GTM strategy, elevate messaging, and ensure business and technical value is present throughout Boomi. The role involves sharing learnings with cross-functional partners and evangelizing Boomi's value to customers and partners. You will be a key member of regional leadership teams, prioritizing resources for growth and customer success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience within IT strategy consulting and/or value
- Comfortable building credibility and relationships across stakeholders, from user to C level
- Complex deal structuring and proposal creation/support
- Drive the launch, go-to-market, enablement and βsellingβ of internal value influence programs/initiatives
- Conducting customer discovery sessions
- Presenting findings and recommendations to customers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self starter
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, diverse and autonomous environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative Business Value Assessments with our most strategic clients to: Understand their digital impact and agentic ambitions. Consult and define the business achievements when transforming business processes with Boomi. Provide insights, recommendations and the potential quantifiable value of taking action now in parallel to confirming future value
- Influencing GTM strategy (Value Experience) with the intent to: Drive value and support GTM motions across customer buying and lifecycle journeys. To elevate messaging and market positioning of our impactful platform. Ensuring that Business and Technical Value is present in every corner of Boomi, driving a connected value experience for all customers
- The Value Experience objective is to share and scale our learnings with our cross functional partners in Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success and beyond through value benchmarking data, tooling, success stories, business process value definitions, product intention, field events, etc.... We are continuously supporting others as Boomi attacks the AI market with speed and innovation
- We also evangelize the business and technical value of Boomi to our customers and partners by publishing our thought leadership and presenting at customer forums as well as perform speaking engagements, support field events, and much more
- We are key members of regional extended leadership teams who prioritize and align resources and programs for growth and customer success and overall expansion of the Boomi platform in their organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Business Finance and Process background preferred
- Mentoring others, prior leadership experience a plus
Benefits
The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $MIN - $MID (inclusive of commission)
