Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Retool)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Client facing demeanor and service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions that enhance our team's capabilities and improve client experiences
  • Work closely with Client Relationship Managers, Portfolio Risk Managers, Product Managers, and the Engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop innovative solutions using both low-code tools and custom development
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies across the organization
  • Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency
  • Work directly with various teams, from Client Relationship Managers to Product and Engineering, to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Leverage a mix of low-code platforms and custom development to create powerful, scalable automation solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or financial services
  • Familiarity with API integration and development
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
