Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
• Proficient in process engineering tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, or similar

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop process models and simulations to evaluate potential improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes that align with business objectives
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to resolve process-related issues
• Monitor and report on process performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
