Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Quality Assurance Management position with experience across QA and Game Production
  • Intermediate level working with and implementing process in Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
  • Excellent writing and documentation for all levels
  • Strong project/product management skills needed to understand business strategy and technology, ability to influence, collaborate, and bring teams to success
  • Leadership skills to include successfully handling ambiguity, flexibility and understanding the development process, while maintaining good relationships with Producers and Developers
  • Be a natural at forming relationships with outstanding interpersonal skills by demonstrating patience, positivity, and support with internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Assist with conducting process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardization, streamline work, and reduce waste
  • Execution of processes in tools like Confluence, Jira, and TestRail from Director’s plans, create reports, issue auditing, and first line of support for projects rolled out
  • Test Process Evaluation and help with creation of Test Plans, Test Case planning, and implementation in TestRail
  • Assist in writing documentation, process walkthroughs, maintaining SDLC methodologies, and improving departmental processes
  • Act as a liaison and facilitate communication between project collaborators, and department leaders

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISTQB Certification (ISTQB Test Manager preferred)
  • Experience working on Console, PC, and Mobile AAA titles
  • Excellent understanding of Development and QA process, tools, and practices
