Procure To Pay Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a consultant to provide support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities within the Lawson environment. This 14-month contract role, with potential extensions, requires immediate availability. You will manage Purchase Orders (PO), Inventory (INR), and Returns (RNA) workflows, reconcile inventory transactions, and streamline AP processes. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial to ensure seamless SCM operations. You will also identify and implement best practices to improve procurement workflows and support the transition to Workday.

Requirements

• 5+ years of AP/SCM experience in healthcare or corporate environments
• Expertise in Lawson applications, including inventory and purchasing modules
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process improvement
