The ideal candidate possesses 5-10+ years of IT contracting experience, particularly in software licensing and IT infrastructure, including mainframes, SaaS, and cloud services. A strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and negotiation is essential. This role requires excellent analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Requirements
- Have deep knowledge and 5-10+ years of experience in IT contracting experience especially in the areas of Software Licensing, and IT Infrastructure including mainframe
- Review the contracts through the analytical lens
- Have strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders in the decision making
- Be quick in understanding the management intent and can implement it with a strong sense of urgency
- Expertise in contract negotiation and management
- Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software (e.g., Vendor)
- Analytical skills for risk assessment and resolution
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee contract development and management activities
- Enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance
- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into Vendoor and securely maintained
- Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments
- Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations
Preferred Qualifications
SaaS and Cloud services experience
