Procurement Lead

Summary

Join us as the Procurement Lead and take ownership of all procurement activities across Form3 within a newly established procurement function. This is a unique opportunity to define and shape the future of procurement within the organisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating or transforming procurement functions that support a growing and ambitious organisation
• In-depth knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
• Ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis
• A solid understanding of supply chain procedures, associated risks, and risk mitigating strategies
• Appropriate professional qualifications—minimum: MCIPS
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to network effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design the new procurement process by defining triggers, roles and responsibilities to create an efficient workflow
• Define reporting requirements from both an operational and senior management perspectives to ensure transparency and effective decision-making
• Communicate and provide training to the Vendor Owners, to ensure they understand the new function and processes
• Work closely with the Vendor Management team and provide support as needed
• Build strong , mutually beneficial relationships with current Form3 vendors and potential future vendors to enhance collaboration
• Collaborate with the business to determine appropriate management information, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk indicators that define the standard of service for effective supplier relationship management
• Continuously review and update procurement and vendor management processes and policies, together with the Vendor Management team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial or technology services, with a regulatory knowledge of EBA and PRA guidelines on outsourcing
