Procurement Manager

Summary

Printify is a platform that enables anyone to start their own eCommerce business with no upfront investment. As a Procurement Manager, you will lead the execution of procurement targets throughout the entire lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and English proficiency are required for this role.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and persuade suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with category managers to understand product requirements and procurement needs
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and source products that meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Build and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to optimize product selection and availability
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new sourcing opportunities and stay ahead of market changes
• Develop a scalable procurement process and organizational structure to effectively support core business and growth project requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Product, Shipping, and Quality, to streamline the sourcing process and ensure seamless integration with other functions
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and product specifications
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on procurement performance, supplier relationships, and market trends
• Provide support to other team members on a request basis

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
