Summary
Join our finance and operation team as a talented and driven Procurement Manager to strategize cost-effective deals and suppliers, working closely with cross-functional teams. As our first Procurement manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and grow the procurement function in the long run.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a procurement management, ideally in a SaaS environnement
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spending trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with strategic sourcing, including managing large SaaS and/or technology relationships and contracts and high-stakes negotiations

- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with procurement software is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing of procurement policies aligned with the company's business objectives
- Identifying and building relationships with suppliers and establishing strong procurement partnerships
- Driving innovation and scalability by implementing new technologies, processes, or strategies
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost-effective terms and conditions in coordination with Legal and Finance teams
- Overseeing all procurement and contracting activities, including supplier pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and contract preparation
- In charge of preparing and animating the monthly investment commitee
- Collaborate with all departements to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure optimization of the tools/suppliers in place or future ones
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Strengthening the skills and performance of internal buyers, increasing the adoption of best procurement practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Netsuite and Linksquare (CLM software) are preferrable
