Summary

The job is for a Procurement Manager in DataDome, a leader in cyberfraud protection. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a procurement manager, strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience with procurement software.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a procurement management, ideally in a SaaS environnement
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spending trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, including managing large SaaS and/or technology relationships and contracts and high-stakes negotiations
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with procurement software is mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing of procurement policies aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Identifying and building relationships with suppliers and establishing strong procurement partnerships
  • Driving innovation and scalability by implementing new technologies, processes, or strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost-effective terms and conditions in coordination with Legal and Finance teams
  • Overseeing all procurement and contracting activities, including supplier pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and contract preparation
  • In charge of preparing and animating the monthly investment committee
  • Collaborate with all departements to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure optimization of the tools/suppliers in place or future ones
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Strengthening the skills and performance of internal buyers, increasing the adoption of best procurement practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Netsuite and Linksquare (CLM software) are preferrable
