Requirements
- A bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management within the construction or technology industries
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management
- Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools to streamline operations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and achieve cost savings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to travel as required for project execution and stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy development and execution to support large-scale construction and technology initiatives
- Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives
- Identify opportunities to optimize procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
- Track and report procurement metrics, analyzing data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and vendor performance, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evolving market conditions to provide strategic procurement insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a technical field, law, or business administration (MBA)
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP)
- Experience with procurement in data centers, cloud infrastructure, or capital projects
