Summary

Join Aledade as a Program Manager, Growth and play a critical role in driving growth initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects to achieve strategic business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is a key operational partner for the SVP of Network Development, ensuring progress on key initiatives. Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have 8+ years of relevant working experience in a related field
  • Possess proven experience in program management and executing strategies
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational backbone for the SVP of Network Development, ensuring their time and focus are aligned with the highest-priority initiatives. This includes documenting key takeaways and decisions from meetings, driving follow-through on critical deliverables, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate and manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This involves overseeing all aspects of project execution and maintaining a structured approach to meet deadlines and financial constraints
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance, procurement and legal teams to ensure alignment on strategies and provide leadership to the team, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment
  • Develop internal content for the SVP, Network Development and other Leaders within Growth
  • Manage interdependencies between projects, handle program-level risks, issues, and changes, and ensure that the program delivers benefits and value to the organization
  • Communicate with senior management and stakeholders about program progress and outcomes
  • Represent the SVP of Network Development in key meetings by capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in marketing to physicians and healthcare organizations
  • Possess experience and skills in change management to help organizations adapt to new processes and systems
  • Be able to establish trust, confidence, professionalism, judgment & documentation to attend certain meetings on behalf of SVP, Chief of Staff or VP, then inform them of minutes, decisions & next steps
  • Have Salesforce & Hubspot proficiency
  • Possess advanced proficiency in data management and data-driven decision-making. Particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Slides & Google Sheets proficiencies
  • Have proven success in working cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment
  • Demonstrate strong intuition for exercising discretion and confidentiality
