Requirements

• Between 3-5 years experience as a hands-on buyer for a global tech company
• Relevant academic degree
• Ability to combine independent work with teamwork
• Strong negotiations skills
• Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase requests and orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy, compliance with company policies and procedures
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT, security, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
• Communicate, co-operate and manage relationship with vendors
• Review and analyze global spends and vendors to identify areas for standardization and consolidation globally, contributing to overall business strategy
