Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within deadlines
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of procurement data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient and scalable procurement processes
- Lead procurement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of measurable results
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve procurement objectives
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess supplier performance, evaluate market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Leverage procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba and Oracle, to streamline procurement operations and enhance data accuracy
- Utilize data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau, to create meaningful reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management
