Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes
• 3-5 years of proven experience in product analytics, data analysis, or related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Should have strong startup experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources including user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of product changes
• Generate actionable insights by synthesizing data findings and identifying key trends and opportunities
• Provide recommendations to product teams based on data-driven insights to optimize product features and functionalities
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of product initiatives
• Identify areas of improvement and potential risks, and propose strategies to address them
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to prioritize product enhancements and roadmap initiatives
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to cross-functional teams and senior management
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors
• Translate user feedback into actionable insights to guide product development decisions
