Product Business Analyst Senior - Client Implementation, Loss Mitigation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field and 3-4 years of experience OR 5-8 years of experience in lieu of a degree in loan servicing, including any area, such as Support
• Strong expertise in ADO (Azure DevOps) for project management and collaboration
• Proficiency in creating user features and user stories to guide software development
• Experience with Tempo or similar Loss Mitigation
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to loss mitigation processes in the mortgage servicing domain
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise user features and user stories that can be effectively implemented by the development team
• Utilize ADO (Azure DevOps) to manage and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables in the context of loss mitigation strategies
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality of developed solutions
• Provide detailed documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and projects updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
