Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Product Compliance Intern and gain hands-on experience in product compliance, regulatory landscapes, and data management while contributing to the optimization of internal tools and data management.

Requirements

  • Currently following a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology (toxicology), Pharmacy, Food Science, or any related studies in a Dutch university
  • Good communication skills in English and able to work in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Quick learner and creative problem solver
  • Able to work in diverse teams and not afraid to ask questions

Responsibilities

  • Support daily customer compliance questions
  • Assist with the creation of compliance reports (Food Contact Statements, General compliance statements, etc.)
  • Maintain databases & documentation with key regulatory information related to product specifications and safety for internal and external stakeholders per business priority
  • Communicate with the internal and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers and customers) to understand the needs and provide support
  • Support other ad hoc tasks on projects currently run by the product stewardship department
