Summary

Join Deel's Product Analytics team as a Contracts Data Analyst and contribute to optimizing contract-related product features for a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, generating actionable insights to drive product strategy and performance within Deel's Employer of Record (EOR) vertical. Responsibilities include insight generation, performance monitoring, domain expertise development, A/B testing, data visualization, data exploration, and data modeling. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of data analytics experience, and hands-on experience with LookML and DBT. Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in data analytics
  • Hands on experience in LookML (Looker)
  • Solid experience with Data Modelling (DBT)
  • Strong strategic vision and business mindset
  • Demonstrable interest in and knowledge of HR services topics is highly relevant
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address various challenges, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product development and strategy
  • Oversee the performance of product features and releases by defining baselines and success metrics. Provide recommendations for optimization based on thorough analysis
  • Develop deep domain knowledge in your dedicated product areas to proactively derive meaningful recommendations and insights that drive product strategy
  • Assist in the design and evaluation of A/B tests aimed at enhancing customer journeys and improving user experience
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision-making processes
  • Explore large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that support strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to build data models in dbt, ensuring clean data structures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product areas
