Summary

Join OpenVPN's Product Operation team as a Product Delivery Engineer to drive the development and delivery of cloud marketplace offerings. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and cloud providers to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization. This role requires bridging the gap between different teams and ensuring product compliance with cloud platform standards. You will maintain technical documentation, collaborate with various teams, and improve CI/CD pipelines. The position is a long-term B2B contract offering competitive pay, fully remote work, self-managed time off, and team events.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of cloud providers and their marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM, Alibaba Cloud, OCI…)
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell)
  • Deep Linux knowledge (especially creating packages, managing packages, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Basic network knowledge (VPN, routing, NAT)
  • 3-5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
  • Fluent English (B2-C1)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and optimize products for publication on Cloud Marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace…)
  • Ensure product compliance with technical requirements and standards of cloud platforms
  • Maintain internal technical documentation
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop automation solutions for routine tasks
