Remote Product Design Intern

Summary

The Product Design Intern will spend three months working with a product design team at Skillshare, gaining hands-on experience in user-centered design solutions, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a part-time, remote internship paying $28 per hour.

Requirements

• Passionate about user-driven design and eager to build a strong portfolio
• Ask questions when you need help and push for clarity
• Share work regularly and seek out feedback to iterate
• Responsive and proactive in your communications
• A critical thinker with a user-focused approach to design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience designing in Figma

Responsibilities

• Support the product design team in creating user-centered design solutions
• Produce design concepts and prototypes, balancing the need for high and low fidelity designs
• Present design work to team members and stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on solutions
• Help maintain consistent visual design patterns across all Skillshare platforms (web, mobile web, iOS, and Android)
