Requirements
- Have experience leading design teams for business communication, collaboration or task management platform tools
- Demonstrate a track record for building products in a platform environment– supporting multiple user types, business models, or regions
- Thrive in cross-functional, highly collaborative environments; have a proven ability to bring stakeholders together to deliver high-impact work
- Are passionate coaches and mentors who help their reports do their best work, hold them to high standards, and celebrate their growth
- Balance vision and pragmatism, inspiring others while caring about delivering value iteratively

Responsibilities
- Set vision & strategy for the Omnichannel experiences that power 1:1 customer interactions
- Empower your team by setting clear expectations, fostering autonomy, and championing a culture of growth, feedback, and high design standards
- Work closely with stakeholders across product lines to ensure communication tools are flexible for diverse customer needs — from SMBs to global enterprises
- Inspire and coach a team of talented designers — helping them grow their impact through thoughtful critique, regular feedback, and authentic care
- Drive cross-functional impact by working closely with product management, engineering, and other design teams to shape priorities, align on vision, and ship high-quality products
- Build for scale by ensuring your team’s design systems, workflows, and tooling support the pace and reach of HubSpot’s growth and platform ambition
- Champion craft and usability by holding your team accountable to HubSpot’s high standards for craft, consistency and cohesion across channels
