Product Design Manager, Styling and Fix Experiences

Summary

Join Stitch Fix as a Product Design Leader and lead a team responsible for enhancing the Styling and Fix experience. You will manage senior designers and writers, develop a long-term vision for the Fix & Styling experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Have 8+ years of product design experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or a similar field, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to drive transformative experiences
• Have 3+ years of leadership experience in product design, directly managing a team
• Bring a strategic mindset, with experience owning UX strategies that have significantly impacted metrics
• Possess deep knowledge of interaction design, user-centered frameworks, and accessibility best practices
• Are a creative problem solver who excels at driving alignment across cross-functional teams and influencing product direction
• Demonstrate a passion for innovation, keeping up with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of senior product designers and writers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and measurable impact
• Help to develop a long-term vision for the Fix & Styling experience, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, high-impact solutions that drive Fix revenue, retention and satisfaction
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and Marketing to improve key business metrics
• Ensuring a seamless experience that increases client retention and satisfaction
• Elevate the experience for Stylists by refining tools and workflows, making it easier to deliver personalized styling at scale
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and resonate across diverse client demographics
• Establish scalable routines, improving execution speed, iteration cycles, and collaboration across teams
