Requirements

• Experienced Researcher: 1-3 years in both qualitative and quantitative user research across all stages: scoping, recruiting, data gathering, analyzing, and presenting

Responsibilities

• Research and Insights: Understand project goals and execute comprehensive research plans
• Actionable Recommendations: Translate research insights into actionable guidelines for design and implementation
• Study Preparation: Develop study plans, moderator guides, and other essential research artifacts
• Data Synthesis: Analyze and report findings to teams and stakeholders, using storytelling and data visualizations
• Participant Management: Recruit and schedule participants from various sources to match our target personas
• User Research: Conduct usability studies, competitive analyses, and diary studies
• Refine Personas: Update and refine user personas to guide product and design decisions
• Collaborative Design: Partner with UX designers to iterate on design concepts based on research
• Skill Development: Facilitate the growth of the research skills within the UX team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting methods, tools, in-app guides and surveys, business intelligence (BI) tools, and customer journey management
• SaaS Research: Experience researching SaaS products or services
• Development Practices: Familiarity with agile software development best practices and cloud architecture
• Enterprise Experience: Experience with enterprise software design/development
