Requirements

• +3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth, onboarding, or user engagement
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, visual design work, user research insights, and final designs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-informed design decisions
• Experience in interpreting user data, both qualitative and quantitative, and design solutions focused on goals and metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be proficient and highly skilled in Figma, Design for accessibility
• Design Systems: Understanding of Design Systems and atomic design principles
• Ability to express ideas through wireframing and prototyping

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, and user journeys to understand our users and their needs
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design solutions
• Ensuring the user interface adapts smoothly to different screen sizes, resolutions, and device types
• Provide engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines and translate the Sword’s personality, with a focus on testing, performance, and personalization
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
• Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform and iterate on design decisions
• Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products
• Focus on improving key growth metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative design solutions
• Design seamless and intuitive flows that guide users through the initial stages of using our products
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience
