Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on SaaS or cloud-based products where the end product user is an engineer or analyst
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how to design for complex software products, especially in the data or developer tool space
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems
- A proven track record in user research methods and data analysis that has translated into impactful experience changes for users
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive design solutions in a fast-paced, iterative product cycle
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver user-centric features for our cloud platform
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and apply feedback to improve the product experience
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and product flows
- Create high-fidelity designs and ensure consistency across all design elements and user interactions
- Collaborate in an agile environment to ensure the timely delivery of design work and its seamless integration with development efforts
- Define and evolve the design system, ensuring a cohesive visual and interaction experience across the platform
- Partner with the product and marketing teams to align user experience with product positioning and business goals
- Advocate for design thinking and contribute to a culture of experimentation, iteration, and learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools, developer-centric platforms, or workflow orchestration (e.g., Apache Airflow)
- Experience taking a new developer-centric product from zero to one
