Product Designer

Summary

Join Boldare as a Product Designer and be part of a collaborative team creating impactful digital products for international clients. You will leverage your 2-3+ years of experience in product design to contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery. The role requires proficiency in Figma, a strong understanding of UX principles, and experience working with developers and clients. You will be involved in co-creating product strategy, facilitating workshops, and using data insights to guide design decisions. A proactive mindset and openness to supporting broader product development are essential. Hybrid or full remote work options are available.

Requirements

• Have 2–3+ years of experience in product design
• Possess a portfolio of web and/or mobile apps showcasing clear design decisions, logic, and user-centered outcomes
• Be proficient in Figma, including working with or building design systems
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of UX strategy, user flows, information architecture, and behavioral design
• Have experience collaborating with clients on product goals, roadmap, and prioritization
• Maintain a proactive mindset, taking ownership, suggesting improvements, and staying aware of team and product activities
• Have experience working alongside developers and contributing to the daily delivery process
• Be able to utilize data insights to guide design decisions, analyzing user behavior and feedback to refine features and enhance user experience
• Be open to supporting broader product development beyond design, such as with BA-style thinking or facilitation
• Be fluent in Polish and English (min. B2)
• Be available for hybrid work (1 day/week) or full remote work with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Be part of a community of open-minded designers, developers, and product people
• Design real-world products for international clients – mostly startups, scale-ups, and innovation labs
• Co-create product strategy and discovery processes
• Work closely with developers and product leads to translate business needs into tested, user-friendly solutions
• Facilitate or support workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Propose and validate hypotheses, experiment with new tools and patterns (including AI-assisted design)
• Learn continuously, get real feedback, and share your own experience with the team
• Work in a flat structure where your voice matters and transparency is part of daily work

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in startup environments or cross-functional teams
• Have exposure to Lean Startup, Design Sprints, or product discovery practices
• Possess a curious mindset and actively explore using AI tools to support design processes and workflows
