Requirements

• Experience in emotional design and persuasive design psychology
• Familiarity with game design principles that emphasize external triggers and rewards/incentives to drive usage
• Someone who understands how to use design & personality to emotionally connect with users
• Experience in persuasive design psychology, who has experience honing in on what motivates clients and drives them toward action
• A self-starter who is able to be productive and work closely and effectively with other team members while working remotely

Responsibilities

Provide users with an engaging way to visually reconnect with past coworkers and generate relationship paths to a particular person based on shared work experience
