Summary

The job involves working closely with Product and Engineering teams to build a world-class financial product for Branch's global customer base. The designer will be responsible for designing user flows, improving overall design and user experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to the evolution of the design system, and communicating design ideas effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, User Experience Design and/or Interaction Design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Architecture, or a related design field
• Proficiency in Figma workflows and plugins

Responsibilities

• Autonomy in project execution from understanding PRDs to handoff to engineers
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and User Researchers
• Design System contribution and adherence
• Communication and Design Presentation skills
• User research collaboration for usability testing
