Summary

A UI/UX Product Designer is needed to join a client's team. The candidate should excel in creating user-centric designs and have a deep understanding of user interface design and user experience principles. They will conduct user research, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Figma.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field
• Proven 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing modern and innovative designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and others
• Solid understanding of front-end development and the ability to communicate design specifications effectively to developers
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Develop innovative solutions to user and business problems
• Utilize various methods for user research such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics
• Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share design assets using Figma for seamless workflows
