Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, solid in creating digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating strong skills in user experience design, visual design, and problem-solving through design
• Deep knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc
• Ability to work efficiently in agile environments, adapting to rapid changes and dynamic priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of design principles and current trends

Responsibilities

• Design of User Experience (UX): Lead the creation and execution of user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent and attractive experience
• User Research: Conduct user research to understand their needs, behaviors, and motivations, integrating these findings into the design process
• Prototyping and Wireframes: Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and workflows that facilitate understanding and validation of concepts both internally and externally
• Collaborative Multidisciplinary Work: Work closely with development, engineering, and product management teams to ensure technical viability and strategic alignment
• Visual Design: Develop and maintain a solid visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and devices
• Continuous Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve products continuously
