Requirements

• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design components
• Figma Mastery: Proficient in creating and documenting design components using Figma
• Accessibility Knowledge (A11y): Ensure designs meet WCAG standards for accessibility
• Motion Design Principles: Ability to integrate animations and transitions into the design system

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and managers to align the design system with the product vision
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and deliver high-quality outputs that match the brand
• Adjust to changing needs, anticipate challenges, and solve complex design issues
• Educate less experienced designers and engage cross-functional teams to drive design system adoption across the company
• Scale the design system in line with long-term product and business goals
• Take responsibility for the design system's success, ensuring consistency and high standards

Preferred Qualifications
