Summary

Join DevRev as a Product Designer and leverage your advanced design skills to tackle complex challenges across product areas. You will lead the design of intricate features and product areas, create cohesive and scalable design systems, and drive user research strategies to inform product direction. You will also identify and address systemic user experience issues, collaborate with product and engineering leaders on strategic initiatives, and provide mentorship to other designers on the team.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of product design experience
• Expert-level mastery of design tools and methodologies
• Comprehensive understanding of systems design and information architecture
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience interpreting business challenges into product opportunities
