Product Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably within the finance or tech sector
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CS, or similar
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology
• Strong attention to detail and passion for creating seamless user experiences
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product and development teams to design user-friendly interfaces for financial tools and platforms
• Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows
• Conduct user research and testing to understand user behavior, pain points, and improve product design
• Ensure designs align with business goals and regulatory requirements in the finance industry
• Work with Senior Product Designers to iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
• Help maintain and contribute to a cohesive design system and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product design and finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the finance or fintech industry
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development principles
• Understanding of financial regulations and accessibility standards
